Artwork and copyright
Every painting, photograph and text on this site is protected by copyright and remains the property of the artist unless stated otherwise. You may share images for personal, non-commercial use with a clear credit to Elara and a link back to this site. Reproduction, printing or commercial use requires written permission.

Enquiries and acquisitions
Prices are available on request and are confirmed in writing. A work is only reserved once a written confirmation has been sent from the studio. Availability shown on the site is updated regularly but may change without notice.

Commissions
Commissions are agreed individually, including subject, size, timeline and deposit. Work begins once the deposit is received. Because every commission is made to order, the deposit is non-refundable once painting has started.

Shipping and care
Works are shipped framed, insured and professionally packed. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please keep oil paintings away from direct sunlight and damp walls.
